2. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

While we apply rigorous editorial standards and SEO best practices, Web Publish Elite Hub LLC makes no explicit or implicit guarantees regarding specific outcomes. We do not guarantee exact search engine ranking positions (e.g., "Page 1 of Google"), specific volumes of web traffic, financial returns, lead generation, investor acquisition, or specific shifts in public perception resulting from a published feature.

Our service is the creation and hosting of a premium editorial asset. Success metrics beyond the delivery of this high-quality asset are outside our control and are not guaranteed. In no event shall Web Publish Elite Hub LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our editorial services.

3. Editorial Control & Final Approval

We believe in collaborative storytelling. For custom editorial packages, clients will receive a draft of their feature for review regarding factual accuracy. However, Zenith Journal retains ultimate editorial control over the final layout, typography, visual aesthetic, and headline structure to ensure all content aligns with our publication's luxury standard and voice.

Once a client gives final approval on a draft, or if a specific deadline passes without requested revisions, the article will be published. Any major structural revisions requested after publication may be subject to additional editorial fees.

4. User Representations & Warranties

By providing information, interviews, quotes, or imagery to Zenith Journal for publication, you warrant and represent that:

  • Accuracy: All information provided is factually accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • Ownership: You own the rights to, or have obtained necessary licenses for, any photographs, brand logos, or intellectual property you submit to us for inclusion in your feature.
  • Non-Infringement: Your provided content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party, nor does it contain defamatory or unlawful material.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Web Publish Elite Hub LLC against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the publication of the information and materials you have supplied.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Web Publish Elite Hub LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all editorial layouts, website code, formatting, and original journalistic text created for Zenith Journal. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may link to, share, and utilize your published feature for personal or corporate promotional purposes (e.g., linking on LinkedIn, adding "Featured In Zenith Journal" to your website). However, you may not republish the article's text in its entirety on another platform without proper canonical linking and attribution to Zenith Journal.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

For clients engaging in our premium Editorial Feature Packages, all payment terms will be outlined via official invoice prior to the commencement of work. Due to the intensive, custom nature of editorial writing, research, and digital architecture, all payments are non-refundable once the drafting process has begun.

If you choose to cancel your feature before publication but after the writing process has commenced, the fee is retained to cover the professional labor, editorial time, and resources already expended in good faith.

7. Right of Refusal & Removal

Zenith Journal is a curated platform. We reserve the right to refuse service or decline an editorial application to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of our publication.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove any published feature without refund if it comes to our attention that the featured individual has provided fraudulent information, engaged in unlawful activities, or is involved in public controversies that severely violate the ethical standards of Zenith Journal.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (the jurisdiction of Web Publish Elite Hub LLC). You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. Your continued use of the site or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
